Understanding Dashboard

Dashboard calendar has all the information the admin needs to manage the workforce. A Combination of carefully crafted Colors and Icons allow admins to scan the calendar to retrieve important information.

Primary Indicators

MedRota currently supports 4 shift types Day / Afternoon / Night / Any . They can be seen below. These indicators are used on Dashboard's Calendar to tell every admin who is scheduled when. Each shift type respectively.

Indicators

Information does not stop there. Dashboard's calendar is also equipped with secondary indicators. These indicators are used to inform admin about un-filled shifts or employee absence. Can be seen below.

Action Center

MedRota's Action Center is admins bread and butter. This one simple bar allows admins to manage shifts / manage attendance and generate rota using auto scheduler

Swap shifts

MedRota understands that life happens. Admins can easily swap or reassign shifts between employees.

Manage Attendance

Additionally MedRota enables admins to easily manage employee attendance. Admins can add absences, and track employee attendance.

Add / remove shifts

Much like absences MedRota allows admins to easily add or remove shifts. With realtime updates to the employee calendar.

Auto Scheduler

MedRota comes with a sophisticated auto scheduling algorithm that allows admins to one click schedule employees. (no AI junk)
