1. Services Provided
MedRota Limited offers an online platform that allows users to schedule automotive work, including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, and inspections, with participating automotive service providers ('Service Providers').
2. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
3.1 Booking
You can schedule appointments with Service Providers through our platform. All bookings are subject to the availability of the Service Providers.
3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling must be done in accordance with the policies of the respective Service Providers. Please review these policies carefully before making a booking.
4. Payments
4.1 Fees
The fees for the Services will be displayed at the time of booking. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, which will be specified on our platform. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any fees incurred.
5. Refund Policy

Companies may request a refund within the first 14 days of the initial booking. The refund request must be submitted through our platform or by contacting our customer service.
5.2 Processing Refunds
Refund requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
5.3 Non-Refundable Fees
Any fees for services already rendered by the Service Provider prior to the refund request will not be refunded.
6. Service Providers

Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of MedRota Limited. We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of any Service Provider.
6.2 Quality of Service
We do not guarantee the quality or reliability of the services provided by the Service Providers. Any disputes regarding the services must be resolved directly with the Service Provider.
7. User Conduct
7.1 General Conduct
You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to: (a) Use our Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (c) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of MedRota Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedRota Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of our Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedRota Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services.
